EGERSUND NÆRINGSPARK EIGESTAD
Eigestad industrial estate consists of 125 acres of fully regulated industrial estate plus 137.5 acres which is included in the municipal plan as well as the possibility of over 250 acres expansion. Perfect for large-scale data center, battery factory or other power-intensive purposes. Eigestad has a unique location, with more than 330.000 inhabitants, international airport, and several harbors less than 1 hour from the site.

Green energy provides green industry – located in the middle of Norway's Wind- and hydro power capital. Eigestad is closely connected to Statnett’s existing 300 kV lines. It is 5 km to the Kielland substation and about 10 km from the Bjerkreim substation – in addition to the planned establishment of a new 132/22 kV substation inside the commercial estate.
